The Wallich supports young people in Flintshire aged 16-25 who are homeless or who are at risk of homelessness. We will support service users with benefit, debt and housing issues. We will assist clients to make claims, liaise with benefit agencies for clients, help with form filling and appeals and we will represent clients at Tribunal. We also provide high level housing advice, including availability and access to accommodation.
We take an holistic approach with service users, and do undertake hand-holding where appropriate, and we will contact creditors for service users. We also assist with money management, and offer tailored support to young people who need help in maintaining their tenancy. We also offer a conflict resolution service that looks at the reasons a young person might be threatened with losing their accommodation.
