FLVC at the National Eisteddfod in Wrexham

Flintshire Local Voluntary Council had a wonderful time attending the National Eisteddfod in Wrexham during the first week of August.
WCVA (Wales Council for Voluntary Action) and AVOW (Association of Voluntary Organisations in Wrexham) kindly invited our staff to join them at the Voluntary Sector Hub for the week.
The Voluntary Sector Hub experienced a high level of activity during the week. It was an opportunity for the public to meet a variety of third sector organisations doing fantastic work across Wrexham and the neighbouring counties. It also provided our staff with the opportunity to network with other third-sector groups, strengthening our partnerships and creating future opportunities for collaboration.
The National Eisteddfod is a significant cultural event for the people of Wales, and it was a privilege to be a part of it. Our Welsh-speaking staff were in their element, and we all enjoyed celebrating the Welsh language.
Thank you to WCVA and AVOW for inviting us! We would also like to thank all the staff and volunteers of the National Eisteddfod for their hard work throughout the week.
Diolch yn fawr!
