Why volunteer?

Help to get you started with volunteering

We can provide support for young people (aged 14+) to explore, access and engage in volunteering opportunities of their choice

•Bespoke support for individuals to explore potential benefits of volunteering

•Match an individual’s skills and preferences to suitable placements

•Accompany individuals to initial induction meetings (within an established voluntary or community group)

•Support for groups of young people to organise their own volunteering activity

•Support for organisations to recruit and train young people to volunteer locally
