FLVC Voluntary Sector Forum and Annual General Meeting
You are invited to Flintshire Local Voluntary Council’s 29th Annual General Meeting and Voluntary Sector Forum.
Our Voluntary Sector Forum and Annual General Meeting will be held on Wednesday, 14th October 2026.
The event will run from 9:30am to 1:00pm at Sychdyn Memorial Hall (CH7 6EA) and will include workshops on Volunteering, Sustainable Funding and Measuring Impact.
Our workshops include:
- Fit for Funding in Flintshire
Are you new to applying for funding, or needing a refresh on the basics of what makes a strong application? If so, this Top Tips for Funding workshop is for you.
- A new approach to volunteering in Wales
A New Approach to Volunteering in Wales is in development. If your role involves recruiting, retaining or managing volunteers, join us in this workshop to help us influence the future of volunteering in Flintshire.
- Measuring your impact
This workshop will look at different ways of valuing the impact that your group has on its users, members and the wider community. Voluntary groups are increasingly being asked to evidence what difference they make – come and see a system that’s being used in Flintshire and learn about ways you can do this in your organisation.
Hear from a guest speaker, participate in workshops, network with colleagues, and share ideas.
Lunch will also be provided.
Please register using the link below before October 7th.
