This is an opportunity for organisations to come together, share information, and learn more about services that support people living in Wrexham, Flintshire and across North Wales.
Alongside our guest speakers, we’ll also be getting into the festive spirit with Groundwork North Wales by creating a Christmas surprise to take home! A round up of the year will also be provided by Jane and Katherine.
