How information about you will be used
We require your name, organisation and email address to register you as an attendee at a Network Event. These details will be used to send to you (by email) further instructions or details, cancellations or any other notices prior to an event; and the minutes, presentations and any further information following an event. The information you provide will be held by the organisers of this meeting (employees of FLVC and AVOW), and stored in a secure cloud-based CRM.
We would like to send your name and email address in a Word document with the minutes of the Network Event to all attendees in order to aid future networking. You will be asked at each Network Event to consent to this. This information could then be stored by any of the attendees, but GDPR regulations will prevent them from sharing it further without your consent.
We would like to take photos at Network Events to share on our (FLVC and AVOW) websites, social media and printed marketing such as newsletters, annual reports and leaflets. You will be asked at each Network Event to consent to this.
If we wish to use your personal data for a new purpose, we will ask for your consent to this new purpose.
We do not disclose your personal data to other organisations or individuals. Where we wish to disclose your personal data, we will gain your consent to disclosure in writing.
